• Game session data — scores, accuracy, time taken, exercise types played
• Streak and progress data

• To provide and personalise the Memozen learning experience
• To generate AI-powered weekly progress reports for parents
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account creation, payment confirmation)
• To improve our exercises, AI prompts, and platform features

4. Children's Privacy

Memozen is designed for children but is operated through parent accounts. We take children's privacy seriously:

• Child profiles are created and managed exclusively by parents/guardians.

• All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (Singapore region).
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12 — we never store plain-text passwords.
• Authentication uses JWT tokens stored in httpOnly cookies, inaccessible to JavaScript.
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• API keys and secrets are never exposed to the browser.
